It has come to my attention that PCM.Daily lacks a fully dedicated thread to discuss the greatest cyclist of all time, capable of winning historic races such as the Tour of Vendee not only in sprints but also from solo attacks, a demonstration of his versatile strength and known for out-climbing Peter Sagan on none other than Mont Ventoux!

Some would say that previous threads like the Greatest of All Time thread and the Other Races thread would already be dedicated to Laporte, however I think we need a current thread in which members can discuss Laporte unfettered by a restricting title.

To open this thread there is an important questions: Should Bouhanni lead out Laporte instead of vice versa? Or should Bouhanni go lead out Juraj or Keuijisjwijk instead?

Glad to see that most people think Laporte is too good for Bouhanni altogether, and obviously Kruijjsiwjijik is true.

@Vien: That's because you failed to have faith in him until after he had won, you must have faith in Laporte at all times.
