Crash when loading my career

A few weeks ago I started a career with team Sunweb. I was (in game) in the month of june and the tour de france almost started. But today I wanted to load my career and when I tried to the game crashed. When i try to load it the screen also says this: Career: Unknown, Team: Unknown. Does somebody have a fix for this?

You savegame must be corrupt. You should go to weeklysaves folder and pick the most recent one and continue your career from the start of that week

documents\pcm 17\weeklysaves. copy the most recent weeklysave related to your career, and copy it to documents\pcm 17\cloud\username. then load the weeklysave in game.
