Career, what stats get Trained

Hi! If you train a rider as, lets say Fighter. Whats stats do he gain? Is there a chart? Found this post from 2011, (#2) https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_598071
Is that still how it works?

It has slightly varied and the stats your cyclists gains are only based on that chart - that btw, you can glance at by opening your db with an advanced editor and going in sta_training_exercise.

You can think about those values as the 'weight' each individual stat has when considering the training the rider receives - if you look closely you'll notice the sum of the values is always 12 for each kind of training.

Still, if you train your Stage Racer as a Baroudeur, he still gets better in climbing. It's because his initial focus/talent is to win the jersey at the end of the tour. So it's not like those are the only stats you train, it just gets a higher weight to focus on. I'm not sure how much gain you get by training in that particular area though.
