I wonder what the different training types train. I wan't Pozzovivio to be a better in TT. Do I set training to TT then, or what do I do? And what do I choose if I wan't them to have better flat?(etc)

That is a table which illustrates the boni of the different types of training. Note that a 0 doesn't mean no progress at all. Just that there's no bonus on this skill.

And how to train prologues? Is it better to train TT, Sprints, Flat or something else? |

I think there is no bonus for prologue.
So no matter what you train it`s always normal progression. |

You can have a look at that table using an editor. Open the database and then open the table STA_training_excersise

It's in the 'normal' .cdb actually, not Local

Ah, and to stay on topic: it's very uncommon for DBs to change the training bonus, basically because those work. So you could assume the table Cunego posted to be the same in pretty much any DB. Of course if you want to check then you can open STA_training_exercise.
