A classic legendary part of English football is saying farewell today.
North London will next season be a place with no Highbury and no WHL.

Everton will be moving to a new stadium as well in the next two years, so will be sad to see Goodison Park go Sad

Unfortunately White Hart Lane couldn't keep up with other stadiums like Etihad, Emirates and Old Trafford. Even Stamford Bridge would be demolished to build new stadium in its place so Chelsea could keep up with both Manchester clubs and Arsenal.

Here's some stats: WHL had 36,284 seats. Compared to their North London rivals Arsenal and their Emirates (60,432), Tottenham has around 24,000 seats less. Stamford Bridge (41,623) has 19,000 seats less than Emirates. The only two clubs that could match 55-60k seats other and Man United, Man City and Arsenal are Liverpool's Anfield (54,074) and West Ham's London Stadium (57,000)
