Cyclocross DB with track controls

If I am not wrong, there was a cyclocross db with you could play with cyclocross riders in track mode. My question is, how can I download that and for which game it was made for? Thanks in advance!

P.S I post it on PCM 2010 because I'm not sure.

I remember seeing that mod and how cool it was, but I never actually downloaded it unfortunately. Hope someone has the files so it can be restored!
