Intro
Decided to share my prediction on the final standings, trying to compare each team to each other, instead of writing my opinion on each single team. Hope you enjoy 
sgdanny here with a basic PCT preview of the ManGame's 2016 season. We have the mighty number of 30 teams in this years edition of the Continental Tour. We're gonna take a quick look on my own thoughts of every team and start off with my prediction table.
This prediction table was first set up comparing each team to each other and making the order of who had the best depth and leaders. After that I compared the earlier approach with on how strong leaders each team had in the biggest terrains of this years season, going from Mountain > Hills > Sprints/TT's > Cobbles in terms of often the terrain comes under the season.
After that I took a look on the strongest riders not using a team filter and made adjustments to the table comparing it to the most likely Top 20 of riders in the final standings. Finally I compared each team being next to each other and compared them and made finally switches, if a team was placed to high.
TL;DR : It ended up being the table downbelow

Well, that's another bad prediction for us, but so far I've managed to beat every prediction I got. And only a small bit of improvement is needed for our goal, staying in

Liking how different yours and mine predictions are. Sancor is -7 in yours, Strava is +13, Generali +11, Vontobel -11, Hugo Boss +14, Karcher -10...

I really really like this one...would love to see Ayubowan and Hugo Boss a little further up, but everything seems very good (for a Rookie Manager)
personally I can see Karcher and Azteca a little higher, but that´s just a feeling...

The last flag should be LV instead of LT though

Wow I think 6th is highly ambitious for us; we thought coming out of the transfer season that we would be happy avoiding relegation!

12th is around where I expected us to be predicted, so I'd be quite happy with that. To be honest, as long as we don't relegate then I'd be happy though, as we have no chance of promotion with this squad
