They don't work? They should work, you'll only see them not perfectly fitting the space they are in. Instead of being round they'll be squared

Are you sure his pic is in the database? Check in dyn_cyclist and in Andy's column change his photo constant to aschleck if it's different

You are loading the Focus db in the editor right? No it shouldn't be an issue.
