Problems with DB

I have a problem. When I install expansión pack 1.4.0.0, the teams BMC, ORICA, RADIOSHACK, OMEGA, GARMIN, AND SAUR, do not appear well, with the right maillot or minimaillot
Does anyone why? What can I do? :S

You should have installed it in the wrong folder. Make sure you selected the path where you can find pcm.exe.

I have installed it several times, in Cyanide/Program Files (x86)/Pro cycling Manager 2012, but it does not work.
I do not what I did it wrong.

Did you install another database before this one? I think the 1.4.0.0. file I found here needs an earlier database installed first.
