Adding A Race/Stage To The Game

Hi there,
I don't know what's going on with me but I can't for the life of me figure out how to add a race/stage into the game!
I've done a bit of searching still to no avail. Can someone please help me out?!

I had a look at that Matt but the first step is open an editor that is not the official one. Unless the PCM 14 editors are compatible with PCM 15, there are no editors for the game.

Lachi's Editor has been updated, but I haven't had any issues using that or the Excel Editor with the new game so far without updating anyway.
