I'm going to make a slightly biased guess
1. Dumoulin
2. Malori
3. Martin
The weather is going to be very hot, I think it will have an impact on the race. My guess therefore may become very wrong

No Tony Martin por favor, so I go with Dumoulin who should be favourite, he'll be superduper hot to win in Utrecht. But I voted Malori for the win; it is written.

I'm actually with Malori for this stage. 
Wouldn't count at Kwaitkowski or Cancellara who have some pretty good technique with the bike.
EDIT: Actually wouldn't count out Martin, Dennis, Dumolin... (already listed above)

Strangely no Sagan in the poll and rider to watch in such a technicaql prologue, so i cant vote. Damn you and your bias Kirchen
Just kidding a bit, i expect Sagan around 5th place, with likes of Dumoulin, Cance,Martin and Malori being slightly better.

Just FYI this is not a prologue. Prologues are a maximum of 8km in length (or 9, can't quite remember) . This is stage one.
