As we did every year, PCM.daily's Database Team will release a 2015DB. When it will be released can't be determined yet. It might take longer than usual, due to the decrease of active members of the DB team.
Inactive due to personal reasons.

If only it was that easy. It takes time, and as you can probably see from number of threads, a lot of things are work in progress.
You don't have to use a torrent to download the current expansion pack, and a lack of seeders will not stop it from downloading completely. It will just be slower than usual. It was fine for me when I downloaded it
