Here's the pre-TDF PT rankings, with Appia Antica, Dauphine and Suisse added to the post-Vuelta rankings posted previously.

740 Suisse points helps lift Vesuvio up to 6th. The 630 gained from Bouygues does not change their position, but it certainly helps a lot in their relegation fight as they would have perhaps expected to be lower before Taaramae's surprisingly strong race.

Spilak could only manage 2nd but it is enough to bring Festina into the Top 10. while a first win is one of the contributing factos to Bpost moving ahead of Santander. They are still in the relegation zone though, as are Swisscom despite Amador's 2nd in Switzerland. Also in that battle, Vueling and B&O swapped positions.

Bewley's Italian triumph lets Becherovka was cancelled out by Trofimov's in Luxembourg in the battle for 4th. Good Energy close in the gap to Pokerstars a little, gaining 182 over these 4 races.

The Tour does have the potential to make some changes - though ING (who have made a great start) are surely too far down to make any sort of significant moves forwards.

But for B and O I think it is make or break, I am surprised a bit that UBS are struggling though post tour I think possibly Rothaus and VolksWagen will be the teams battling in that last relegation spot.

I am beginning to get a sinking feeling SRB will suffer a quiet and low scoring tour which will ask a lot of Alarcon and Cancellara in their final races. Hoping for some breakaway success really to maintain a top 10 position.

If Phinney doesn't fire in the tour, Pokerstars/ Good Energy could be battling for the title which I would never have predicted before the start of the year.

Worrying position when I had expected us to be in the top 5 overall at the seasons end. Oh well, adding the points lost from Riccos abandoning in the Giro I guess top 5 would have been doable.

9th atm is OK, and if Spilak manages to finish the race without crashing then I should move up a place or possibly two after the TdF. But in the end it won't matter much, as it is the final race for Spilak, Ricco only have Giro di Lombardia left and my sprinters haven't worked at all... I have NO single high point scoring races left after the Tour, so I suspect I will struggle to even stay in the top 10.

Shit. This does not look very good now. Had hoped to create a bigger gap after Strada Appia and Dauphinee to the next.

Bouygues, Vueling and B&O all with a much better rider at the Tour de France.
And from behind UBS and Santander also might pass me after the Tour.

So it`s ING, Prio, Bpost and then eventually my team...

Can only hope that Santander is struggling in all other races after the Tour, so I can pass them again and one more team to drop a bit.

Otherwise it is PCT for me in 2015. That said Keizer is racing his 2nd race at all with the Tour de France and still has lots of race days. Just like LLS etc.

Wouldn`t mind to dominate a race like Northern Europe, Norway etc.

8th before Tour de France is good considering Boasson Hagen's lack of top performances compared to 2013. But from here it will be tough as our line up in France will probably see us drop 3-6 places.

Top 10 at the end of the season feels unlikely, as I think we were 4th or 5th at the same time last season where we secured the top 10 in Lombardia. But we shall see, it's still a long way to go

Vesuvio could be a potential challenger for the crown if Schleck delivers big time in the Tour, but except for that it should be between the top three teams. Though, if Kritskiy does something similar to what he did in Suisse, Tinkoff could also be in the mix after Tour de France, depending on race days left for Trofimov and Kritskiy.

Looking quite good for us, the TdF will be crucial now. I expect Festina, Vesuvio, maybe even Bouygues Telecom going above us, maybe even some other teams, so hopefully we can stay in the top 10 after TdF. Then the next races shoud be better points wise for us once again. Top 10 after Lombardia looks safe for now.

Teams like B&O, Swisscom and especially Santander are with a need of a really good TdF. It is not looking good for ING, Prio and if the trend stays the same, Santander should go down as well, they were in a much better position last year and then they had an amazing TdF. It will be hard to decide the next 2 relegation places, in my opinion all teams left then have big chances right now.

On the other hand, the battle for the title should be an interesting one as well. Pokerstars, Good Energy and Wikipedia are all looking good in this moment. Vesuvio could have a chance with a great Tour as well.

A bit too close in the 'worrying' part of the standings. Could go either way for many teams - and it could all come down to abandons in certain races etc.

Keeping my fingers crossed (and will be reading the TdF reports after this - just hoping Dekker is alright
