New Database From the year the Tour De France begun

Hi PCM team.

I was wondering whether there was anybody out there who would want to do a database for PCM 14 from the first year the Tour De France had teams. I can do most of the teams and stuff but making shirts and stages (Obviously we want the years races and tours) isn't my thing. Also does anyone know is there a way to change the colour to black and white in game. I think this would be a great database. Put your comments below I need all the support I can get.

I think the only way you could put the game in black and white would be by changing all the texture files (jerseys, equipment, rider bodies, vegetation, road marks, sponsor, spectators, etc etc) to black and white. That could require going through a few hundred files (though the work on each of them wouldn't be much hard, just apply black and white effect and save), and I'm not sure if everything we see in 3D is can be edited like this. But if it can, I must say that it would look epic in a historic DB Pfft

And btw, are you talking about the 1909 Tour?

So you want a DB from the first year of the TDF or the first year there were teams?

Instead of replacing all files with black and white version, maybe you can apply a filter in the settings of your graphics card. Ask google about it.

But there are some graphic filters in the options of the game, maybe you can hack those. Ask Cyanide, I think they will help on such a unique project.
