Is it possible to use the equipment from PCM13?

Yes, it is possible.

However, for PCM2014 Cyanide started developing HD equipment, so some of our members are busy creating the real equipments in HD.

Using PCM2013 equipment is possible, but won't look as good as newly created equipment.
Inactive due to personal reasons.

I believe Cyanide starting adding HD equipment in PCM13 Wink That said, there was community-created HD equipment even back in PCM12 (unlike jerseys, the size of the file didn't depend on the game). But it's true that while before PCM13 HD equipment was rather rare it became rather common from 13 onwards.
