Stage info questions

I have a couple of questions about the tab Route->''Stage Info'' in the editor.

If you set Wind force to for example 100, will the wind be certain to be 100 in game? What about direction from -1 to 359?

What does UpHillSprint from -1.00-0.70 mean?
What about TimeGap from -1-20? And Gene_f_mountain from -1.00-1.00?

About wind direction there is an interesting thread in PCM 13 stages discussion (click link below)

As far as I know with wind force you just set a tendency. Made the experience that with wind set to 20 it can be around 10 ingame or sometimes even over 40, but the stronger the force is set the more likely are equivalent strong winds.

UpHill sprint refers to to the final kilometres of a stage. It changes relation between certain stats, e.g. the steeper the finish the less important gats the sprint stat.

Similar with Gene_f_mountain. There is the relation between hill and mountain stat described. Set to 0.5 for a stage means hill stat is as important as mountain (climb) stat.

Time gap measures the seconds it needs to get a new group of arrivals counted. That means that in the final results the smallest gap could just be as small as set in time gap.

Think others can explain better respectively have more detailled insight.
