Race planners are now being sent out to teams who have had their transfer sheet approved.
For new teams, its quite simple to do. Put a 1 by a rider for the race you want. See this pic as an example.
Tour de l'Avenir is not in the file. Teams wanting to ride it should check for race clashes themselves and ensure any eligible riders they want in Avenir do not get put into other races.
Race clashes are flagged up automatically for PT teams, but PCT and CT teams will need to use a macro, which is why your files are .xlsm. If you do: "Ctrl + Shift + C" then the file will check for clashes. You will have to wait for a popup box to appear to say the check has been completed, before you continue filling your file.
ProContinental teams with PT wildcards: There is nothing to check for race clashes here, this has to be done manually.
If you loaned in a rider, make sure you fulfill his loan clause.
And please do not play around with the columns or delete anything, that will disrupt the startlist creation process.

When it is done, send a PM to SN-ManGame to say that the final version is in your Dropbox.
And as for a deadline? Well, the sooner they are all in, the sooner we can go racing! I will most likely start chasing the file from the slow people once most have been handed in.

Fun starts. 
Just wanted to make public that i wont be available from today till Monday, because of big family stuff in Slovakia, so my race planning has to be done on Monday. Hope it is not a problem, same goes with my transferts + jerseys upload to my Dropbox, if i will not be able to do it in like 20mins at home today.

I have been unable to send the following teams their planners, as I have received no notification about their completed Transfers file:

Start of the season is coming, all very exciting!
Two queries realting to race planner:
1) If there has not been dialogue from SN yet, does that confirm that you have been allocated a space in your requested races (so not oversubscribed), or is the planner information also used to help select teams, and this interaction comes later?
2) Would it be possible to make the 'C2 Hill Classic' profile available - interested in just how 'hilly' it is and what the finish is like (flat, hill, etc.) to finalise roster selection.

Its quite possible I just overlooked some transfer sheet PMs - in the case of ING, Alpina etc.
Armenia Hill profile I will get up later.
The calendar in your file is your definite calendar. Only 4 races were oversubscribed, and those affected have already had PMs and picked replacements.
