They are difficult to recognize and white on yellow is invisible
try to follow the usual designs (It will be easier to recognize of which country the cyclist is)
Now I can't say which is Belgium (1 or 7)

Yeah, some NCs are really nice like Canada and Kazakhstan, but some just look really weird having only the sides/shoulders colored, like Germany and France (I think it's those)? Ah, and the black-green-yellow is Brazil? All gren with the rest of the details in yellow would look much better imo
