Carlsberg is sponsoring my team right now (before it was Saxo-Tinkoff), next year it will be Volkswagen. While the general jersey works fine and there are also no problems with leader's jersey, the national jerseys don't display the sponsor. During this season 3 riders wore a national jersey at some point (Roche, Jorgesen, Sagan). It may have something to do with the white color title of Carlsberg, so that it can't be seen? Or it's a general problem?
With Sagan I actually thought it's a bug since he did not win slovakian championship last year nor this year (but that may be due to no slovakian riders signed, dunno...).
Anyway, is there a way to fix it? Did other people encounter the same problem? May this be a problem limited to Carlsberg and will probably not occur next season with Volkswagen?
But do you have a Slovakian champion jersey of your team? If you don't (many future sponsors don't have many NCs), the rider will wear the default champion jersey + the team shorts (which looks like the case in your screen).
Oh, I did not know that. So it's a known problem? Is there a separate national jersey pack for future sponsors or something like that (I installed All in One-DB so far)? If not, I probably will look up a jersey tutorial to make an own jersey for the upcoming seasons with Volkswagen. It's kinda annoying seeing your national champions in a plain default jersey.

Well, it's not really a "problem", or a bug, I mean, it's normal that shirtmakers usually do only the main shirt and sometimes a few NCs. Of course it's the nicest when shirtmakers create lots of NCs, but these are rarer cases
So if you have the NC of one of these custom teams but don't have the NC jersey, you can request the shirtmaker if he'd be able to create that national champion jersey (it's much easier for him to create it, if he still has the editable shirt file, which usually only he has). Unfortunately, in the case of Carlsberg, the shirt is done by Will007, who doesn't make shirts anymore. You can however request some other shirtmaker to create it, it'll just take a bit more effort.
You mentioned Volkswagen; if that's your next sponsor in your career, their shirt is done by Maddrengen. If you need any NC shirt, you could contact him and see if he'd be able to do it

It's not a problem, it's just how the game works
You can request a Carlsberg NC jersey(or Volkswagen if you prefer) for Slovakia of course, at a graphics maker. Though it's better if you request it at the original maker, for him, it's easier to make the NC(since he got files for that, so doesn't have to re-make the whole jersey)
But first check which jerseys are already included for the jersey. Search for the Carlsberg jersey in *Your gamefolder*/3D/Cyclist/Cloth/Team.
It's easier if you open your game with an editor, go to Dyn_sponsor and search for the abbreviation of Carlsberg(could be a number), and then search for the jersey, the map is called like the abbreviation
Though it's probably just x-volkswagen & x-carlsberg, the PCMdaily pack is that easy actually

I have already seen the VW jerseys in the game folder. There are 3 files. I suppose it's possible for me to just take over the default NC Jersey and steal the "VW" logo out of Maddrenges files for example, copy it on the back and front and then edit via editor for what this shirt is, e.g. german, danish or slovakian champion?

Yes, but quite hard I guess, and wouldn't be in the style of the Volkswagen jersey.
Just ask him for a few NC jerseys in PM, guess that's better
