The fitness system in PCM is not really good.
In my carrer with Saxo, Alberto Contador (80MO) beats CA Sorensen (76MO) in a moutain stage. However, Contador's fitness was only 4 (rythm bad) and CA Sorensen's fitness was perfect. That's annoy me because I think it's too easy to have good results with bad fitness.
With Lachi's editor, I discovered something, the table STA fitness interval, it's look like this
That's means,
Fitness 6 is 48 to 56 training points.
Fitness 5 is 56 to 64 training points.
Fitness 4 is 64 to 68 training points.
Fitness 3 is 68 to 72 training points.
Fitness 2 is 72 to 76 training points.
Fitness 1 is 76 to 80 training points.
Well now, I understand why a rider with fitness 4 can beat a rider with top fitness.
I tried to change this values, because I don't think that a rider with fitness can have 68 training points. I think he sould have between 56 - 60.
Ichanged the values but it didn't seem to change anything... Maybe, I had to change something else.
Instead of opening a new thread i just follow up here.
So i want to have a top fit and happy rider.
What i know already is:
-7000 in the Value_i_NPT and Value_i_FIT gives good condition
-7000 value in the The Value_i_Rythm gives good rythm
-5536 Value_i_freshness is the best for freshness
But i fail at such simple things like racing days. Where do i find that damn column?
And how do i make the fucker happy?

I'm not sure what "push" is supposed to mean But I'll also use this thread to ask if anyone has tested whether this still works in PCM13? In PCM12 it worked well, but since the fitness system changed in 13 I'm unsure if this table still affects anything.
