How do I fix these big holes in my mountain?
I mean, it was fine. Then I added a road out to a city for the stage to start, adjusted the profile accordingly, and then BOOM, mountain is messed up.

I know about the snow
If you look at the pic you posted in this thread in the right column there is a field called Snow Height. It is the altitude from where the editor places snow, so if you put it lower you will have more snow.

Thanks for the advice mpardo, but it didnt seem to make a difference when i tried it - I think maybe my computer cant run the graphics for it 
But it's wierd cause I've seen snow in some stages before.
I guess I might as well keep posting my stages, since it only takes a minute to upload, and maybe one or two people will like to play them.
Well, anyway, I found one of my old stages I made. I think it was my very first effort at making a stage.

 A made-up race around "Rio", including Favelas, "Maracana", city centre.
Also a view from a Christ the Redeemer down to the city, but you got to use ur imagination for it to look like Christ the Redeemer lol

A new stage, this time it's mostly "real" not fantasy.
A Colombian mountain stage where you go from Villavicencio to the Alto de San Miguel, and you cycle through the capital city Bogota along the way.

I just made this stage very quickly, but it's based on the Mont Saint Michel time trial at the TdF. I might improve it later, I just wanted to make a very basic "V1" tonight though.

Mont Saint-Michel looks interesting, but perhaps I'd make it smaller (less buildings)

Long story short, this was me, pcm2009fan, making some stages... I felt kinda bad about some stuff on the site, that's why I was using a different account.
Thanks for the comments though!
I will look again at the Mont Saint Michel at some point, and I'm looking into making a few more stages, next will probably be the Alpe d'Huez x2. |
