Does anyone know if Paris-Nice and Tirreno for 2013 have been made?

Yes and yes, done by nathounet (T-A) and 40 les landes (P-N).

I was not aware of the work from 40 les landes. He does not publish on the pcmdaily site then?
I just downloaded the pcmdaily 2013 update but I am trying to find as many 2013 stages as possible.

No, he posts on Cyanide forum. Yeah, PCMDaily was released on February so there are a few 2013 stages missing. I guess the main ones, besides P-N/Tirreno, are the Tour of California, done by altehacke (who has also done 2013 Fleche and LBL - but I'm not sure how much they vary from the ones already in game)... and the Volta ao Algarve and Volta ao Alentejo, done by dvdgms/Luigi Pfft There are also a few other classics which you might see someone has made the 2013 version, but like Fleche and LBL, I'm not sure about any considerable change.
