Database crossovers?

I recently installed the PCMFreaks06 database and played with that for about a week and when I switched back to the PCM13 and PCMExpansionPack-Patch1300 now when I race the TDF the intermediate sprint, KoM sprints, and final sprints of the stage are under 2006 rules and it really screws with the game and my strategy. I have deleted the 06 database but it still shows the 06 rules. is there a way to fix this and if so how? Any help is greately appreciated!!

Re-installing the game is the only way to make sure that one DB will not be interfering in the other. You can still keep your saves/etc, just make sure to make one installation for each DB you'll install. Here's how to make multiple installations:
