Hi there,
I added a couple of teams in a database this morning, but when i start a single game mode (career, stage, tour etc.) the game shows me 'Game Over' and i'm back at the Main Menu. I used the full editor to add the teams. Can someone help me out? |

What do you mean it shows you "game over"? Like this?
If not, what do you mean?
It can be easier to add the teams in the game-editor and then make the career, you can edit them in the full editor later. |

Could you please show that "game over"?
But anyway, are you sure you know what you are doing?
Does the team have a sponsor + enough riders? All columns filled out? |

I'm defiently sure what i was doing, i followed the tut for adding teams/sponsors on daily
All columns are filled out, because full editor would'nt convert if a colunm was empty. Checked also the number of riders. Maximum 18, minimum 13. Checked five times if the number of the sponsor was matching, and it was...
I do sort of know what the problem is. When i open the db in the game-editor and then go to my team, i got an error. I'm not sure if you understand when i'm translating it, because it's in dutch.
The error is: 'Index (based on 0) has to be larger than or equal to zero and smaller than the argumentslist'

That error message (index) is not precise enough. And as far as I know, it always shows if you open the daily DB in the game-editor.
Check every column starting with fkID in all the lines you added. Most probably one of these numbers is not correct.
BTW: Sorry to say it but I really like that game over screen. You might have been the first person who saw it. |

I must agree with Lachi. I didn't know "game over" existed in PCM. First try to play with the official editor, if your game crashes again, contact Technical Support! |

Checked fkID multiple times. Found nothing. But i forget to say that i skipped the DYN_Sponsor_Regions, because it was empty and automatically generated once you create a career, Do you think that is the error that causes game over?
EDIT: Wanted to ccreate a team in the Game-Editor, got the foul that key 0 doesn't exist in DYN_Team

Like I said, you can't use the in-game editor.
But I don't understand what you mean with skipping DYN_sponsor_regions. You have to make sure that every sponsor you add and every team you add is completely defined. If every sponsor has regions but not yours, then this is your problem. |

In my DB, and i think in pcm13 also, the DYN_Sponsor_regions file is empty, and will be filled once you create a career. So i didn't select the regions for the sponsors and don't know where i have to do that.

I don't know, you mentioned it. I just answered based on your input. |

What I try to tell you since yesterday is that you have to make sure that all columns are filled out correctly.
I don't see your database so I can't tell you what you did wrong.
If you really cannot figure it out, you could try to start over by doing it like this:
1. Start from a working DB
2. Add the riders and assign them to the 119 team
3. Check if you can start a race or career
4. If it works, add one team and assign the riders
5. Check if you can start a race or career
6. If it still works, continue at step 5
7. If there was game over, find the problem, then continue at step 5 |

DYN_sponsor_regions is not empty in the Official Release.
