Hi guys im having this problem in career mode with the morale. Literally every rider isnt happy and wants out. Do you guys think the next patch will fix this and is there any ways to fix it???
Of course it's a bug. If even the worst rider of your team, used only for carrying bottles, wants his own goal races where he can lead, it's a bug. You'd have to be a bit pessimistic to think that most players wouldn't be able to get at least 1 guy on "happy"
I mean, it is a new system... but a bugged new system (surprise)

It's different from what you think, though.
Riders don't necessarily want races where they can lead. Here's what I do (and they are happy, happy, happy):
(For bad riders)
I give them objectives at the times I want them to peak. They don't need to participate in those races, don't matter.
Then I make them a schedule and make sure of three things: they enter a lot, a lot of races (in form, out of form, don't matter, just the whole year through). they enter races that fit their abilities and lastly give them a few prestigious races.
Result: happy as a cat. Objectives mean squad, it's all about the triangle that gives quantity, quality and races that suit their ability. At least 26/30 riders on my team are at least satisfied. In fact the most annoyed rider is my strongest rider, a sprinter.

I really really doubt that this is how Cyanide wanted it to be, so yes it's a bug. You've just described a workaround to the problem (which still has limitations), but it's still a bug.
I agree with lluuiiggii. The new system is far from perfect.
It's too hard to make your riders happy, in that view PCM 2012/2011 were better.
I hope that this will be fixed in a patch

"Far from perfect" is still too nice for this total nonsense.
Using Cyanide logic I would need to tell Zoidl to peak for the Tour de France so that he can win the Tour of Austria.
Anyway I also think that it's not a bug and that it works like planned by Cyanide.
But obviously it is a concept failure and I don't know which situation I would love less: That they didn't think it through or that they did think it through.

Still, it's only a minor inconvenience in relation to the much improved AI and animations. For me, it is, anyway.
