Game crashes while loading Brabantse Pijl

I have created my own team and playing a career with it.

Until Brabantse Pijl everything works perfecty fine.

But everytime I load the race, it crashes when the "road geometries"-bar is almost full (after stream read and city assets).

It goes back to my Windows 7 and it appears the window "cyanide studio crash reporter". I tried putting all the graphic settings to minimum, but the problem still exists.

I have the following installed:
Patch 1.4.0.0
PCM.daily's 2013 DB | All in One
Graphical Update Pack for PCM.daily's 2013 DB

I tried loading the race as a simple classic race outside the career mode and it works there. No crash. Only in career mode, it crashes.

How can i solve it?

Did you use Lachi's Season Planner to plan your season? If yes then it could be that there are too many teams in the race.

If not it could be a problem with the stage, but I doubt that since the stage is the same that comes with the game and not everybody has that problem.

I will cut a team later and tell if it worked
