It's basically that I can't ride a National Championship when the team I want to control has 1 or 2 rider(s) from that country. For example: I want to ride the Dutch NC with OPQS, they have one Dutch rider (Terpstra), and I can only do quick simulation. When I select Vacansoleil (16 Dutch riders), I can ride the race in 3D, but teams like OPQS do not participate.
Does anyone know if this going to be solved in a patch, or how to solve this by yourself?
Just started a test career with Lampre (1 Australian rider) and I can ride Australian NCs normally. Maybe game limits the number of teams participating and when there are more teams with given nationality riders, teams with the least of them don't participate, but I'm not sure.
There seems to be some sort of bug with some random NCs, it was also there in PCM12, that in single race you can only quick sim with certain teams. I remember someone created a thread about it (iirc he was also trying to go with a 1-rider team), but can't find it right now. Anyway, there was no solution there afaik, so it's not like finding it will help much. Just another bug, but a minor one. A workaround could be to add another Dutch rider to OPQS (in a DB only for playing the NC), then if that works you just choose Terpstra (you can choose from 1 to 8 riders in NCs).
@Cossack: I think he's talking about single race mode And your point of participating teams makes sense, but I've just tried to go in Colombian NC with AG2R, who only has Betancur, and I didn't work as well, so I guess it's not that.
