Great work as always.
One issue I've spotted though - the 4th stage of 2013 Tour of Japan was a time trial in real life, however yours is a road stage.

Hi giddy69 in fact this year the Mon Fuji's stage was a road race. Only 10K of climbing.
My stage is 18K, I added 8KM of flat road to help the gameplay.

Must remember to not try to figure things out when I can't read the Japanese on the official website...

Any chance you could name your races accurately? You call them all '2013' but these just look like conversions of your '2012' versions, so in some cases aren't the real 2013 routes

Could you specify witch races are concerned ?
I converted Tour of Japan, Tour of Taiwan and tour of Eritrea 2012, and I named the file such as "t2_taiwan_01_2012"
Every 2013 route I created are official (I mean almost cos I work without dem files :roll

Well, that isnt the 2013 route for Tour of Qinghai Lake - I saw the real profiles for them earlier in the day.
Do you work without dem for Japan and Taiwan too? Because dem files are available for both them (I remember when playing your Tour of Taiwan on PCM2012 that it looked like a 'fantasy' route.)

I use to work without dem for those smaller races... It makes my roads more straight and it improves visibility.
So route are not 100 % realistic and same for Qinghai Lake.

Actually it seems you are right for Qinghai lake 2013. I had inacurate information for most of the stages. I think that organizators changed the route or I used wrong information...
I'll transform make my Tour as avariant and I'll try to create the real race soon..

Lots of stages already, nice job
Just one thing: 
In this stage, the sprints from one road are going into the other one (like the 1km to go sign), so I think you should do the roads more spaced or delete these sprint objects (not the sprint themselves, just the objects).
