Can't start carreer with PCM 2013 DB

Question is simple:

I downloaded the pcm 2013 DB. Works fine when i do a single race, but carreer mode crashes when i try to create it. (right after selecting age, nationality..)

So, who's the IT genius that could help me out? I have no clou as to what i'm doing wrong.

I'm not a IT genius Pfft but I would say reinstall and install the game and the DB

Then I think waiting for an IT genius takes less time. Pfft

But I have no clue what the problem is, but I shouldn't re-install it for now.
