Editing numbers of riders registered

Hi I'm trying to edit the number of riders allowed to be entered for each race, for example where the limit is 9 for the Giro, I'm wanting to change it to 11. I've tried changing the max limit in Lachi's Editor, but then when I went to try it, the game crashed. Could anybody help me?

Did you make sure to keep under the 200 riders limit? There's also the possibility that the game's max per team is 9 riders.
