STA_Race_Rules

I was looking for TdF (fkIDrace=25) in the STA_Race_Rules table, but there is no row for TdF. So if I add a new row for TdF (and other races), does that mean the rules I set will actually work ingame? Or will the game not recognise it?

If you add it'll work, I believe. But you could also edit STA_UCI_class (since the TdF is the only race in class 1, FranceGrandTour; that's why it doesn't have a line in STA_race_rules).
