I know this is the wrong place for this thread but I cant find a better place. I have Procylcing Manager (not 2006 but the one before that? see attached picture) but cant find it on this website. I was hoping to download a database editor but cant find anything. Am I being dumb or am I just blind?
Any help would be great.

I'm not even sure where you could get one, if they exist. Why do you need one?

Because he, hm, wants to edit stuff?
You could try the Advanced/Full Editor, which is able to edit .cdb files from all PCMs:
https://pcmdaily.com/infusions/pro_dow...hp?did=485
Since the download of it on the site is offline (that is happening for several older files), I've attached the files of it

Assuming you have extracted the file from the RAR and installed (don't remember the steps to that but should be pretty easy).
You should have two folders, called exports and databases where you installed it and a file called something like PCM_CDB_ to_XML.exe
Copy the CDB file you want to edit into the databases folder. Don't know where you will find that on an old version but somewhere in the game directory or your documents folder.
Double click on that exe
At the top of the screen you will see database in, you should see your database in the drop down, select it.
Type a name in the folder out box, no spaces are allowed in the name.
Click Import.
It will work for a while, do not leave the window while it is importing, I find it crashes if you do that.
Once it is done select the file in the "folder in" box, you can then see all the tables to edit in the "table" box.
Select one and make changes. Lots of stuff on this site about how/what to edit.
When you are done put a different name in the database out box and click export. The edited database will appear in the database folder. COpy that back into your game folder and it should be available to play. If it crashes while exporting or the game crashes you have messed something up.
Good luck |

I hate to be a bother and you've given me so much help already but I still cant run it. It keeps cumming up with this:
PCM2008_CDB_to_XML.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error
Unable to find version of the runtime to run this application.
Would it be a problem if I am running it on Windows XP? |

You have to make sure that you have .NET installed, I guess you need version 3.5 |
