does anyone know if there is a version of those two races somewhere out there on the internet?
Maybe in some 2013 DB other than PCMdaily?

Usually the stages are done and shared by the community, so if the PCMDaily or any other DB doesn't have it, normally it hasn't been made. Unless of course it has been posted after the DB was released, which is not the case for these two races.

oops my mistake.  I misread the varients for 2013 to read that it was the 2013 route and them mentioning up until the dauphine made me think they were doing the real routes as the races happened.
