where can i find the fkIDUCI_class files?

and if my race is just a TTT wich fkIDtype_tour does it need to be?

STA_UCI_class. If you race is a TTT, it should be 13 in fkIDtype_tour (look in STA_type_tour). General rule: if there's a fkIDsomethingsomething, the values are probably in the table STA_somethingsomething

I guess you misunderstood the concept.
There is one database, which contains a lot of tables.
STA_UCI_class is one of these tables.
You need an editor to extract all the tables from the database.
The database would be somewhere in mydocuments\pcm12\

i have your editor,
and the pcmdaily db and there is no such thing as the STA_UCI_class table.

I'm more than sure there is. If there wasn't one, the game wouldn't really work.
Since you mean folder of the files, perhaps you mean the classification files. In which case they are located in Main PCM Folder/Xml/Classifications.

but in that folder there are fewer files than options in the table in sta race...
like the worldchampionship file is not present

Because the WC uses the "defaut.xml" file.
As I said: if you want fkIDUCI_class, they are not files, they values which are in the table STA_UCI_class. If you want the .xml classifications files, they are files which are in the folder I mentioned above.
