Problems with Giro 2013 in 1.4.0.0 database

I have a problem with Giro 2013 in 1.4.0.0 database.......I cant load any of the stages and if I want to simulate it, it doesnt work too. It always crashes.........Could anybody help me ? Thanks

Try this, Giro should work now.

And it crashes only in career mode

So it crashes in your save that you created with PCMDaily Expansion Pack for Patch 1.4.0.0, not in the 2013 DB Preview?
