does the stage crash? if so what happens?

I don't think you'll find many fixes with links working. Perhaps the easiest way will be to replace this stage with another stage from the game (delete 3rd stage from Paris Nice, copy another on and rename it the same as the one you've deleted), or simply simulate the stage if that works.
Btw, you're new to the forum, so don't post this in every thread you find, that's spamming and is not gonna make it easier for you to get help  Aditionally, this is the wrong forum for this thread, but I guess some admin will eventually move it.

If it stills crash after replacing the stage, then the problem is not on the stage, so there's no fix to be downloaded. Does simulating work?

Then the problem is indeed not on the stage. Try loading a weekly save and see if it works.
