Game keeps crashing?

So, the other day, I decided to download a real-name DB for my PCM 2012. I went into the game, started a career, and it worked fine. I got to late February, and right after finishing a stage, the game crashes. Alright, no big deal. It happens. So I log back in, and I find that my career I was playing before it crashed was deleted. I tried a couple more career modes, and it crashed eventually every single time! Every time, my career was deleted. It's frustrating, because I don't know what's happening. How can I stop my game from crashing?

On the crashing, did they all happen at the same day in the careers? Were they all with the same DB (the real name one), did you try with the official release? Do you have the latest patch, and if yes, is the real name DB compatible to it? Lastly, did you check if the weekly saves were fine (they're located in My Docs/PCM 12/WeeklySaves), and did you try loading one of them into the game to see if it'd still crash at the same spot?
