I just re-installed PCMdaily DB and again I can't do anything as it CTD,but that's not the question I wandered through all the files in search,and found thre is quite a lot stages in the mod file.Now I was under the expresson that all stages goes to CM_stages,so what is this and should they be moved or what?

Mod/Stages is a new "addition" of PCM12. Initially the idea was that all stages would go there (while the originals would be kept untouched in CM_Stages in order for Armada to not be messed up by custom packs), but Cyanide never really got it working and the stages placed in Mod/Stages would crash when trying to play them. In Patch 1.4.0.0 this was fixed, but then there was another bug, that for the races that had a stage in Mod/Stages the pre-defined variants wouldn't be followed when creating a career. So that's why if you create a career with the latest PCMDaily DB you have high chances of not having the 2012 version of the Giro to play, for example. For that reason you have to do this before creating a career:
