I have a problem here, i just installed the Expansion Pack for 1.3.0.0. patch alongside with the patch and when i'm entering the game it only shows me the OfficialDatabase in options menu->database. Any idea what's going on ?

Yon need to put your database in :

Documents/ProCyclingManager2012/Mo Database Wink

It is already there.. i've putted even in the game's folder/database and nothing. Any other options ?

From the FAQ:
I've installed the Expansion Pack, but I can't select the database in the game.
That's a mistake by us - the database files are installed to the wrong folder.

Open My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2012/Database and move the PCMdailyExpansionPack-Patch1300 to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2012/Mod/Database.

But what you should do is download the 1.4.0.0 from 1.3.0.0 Expansion Pack update - not only does it fix nearly all reported bugs until then, it also makes the DB files compatible to Patch 1.4.0.0 (otherwise you'll see pink squares in flags, no names of some conutries, etc) and replaces some fake stages.

But should be noticed that you have to do one small trick concerning some of the new stages with 1.4.0.0 because of me not really testing Mod/Stages (a feature which was added in 1.4.0.0) in Career: Embarassed
