I went to the trouble of learning the 2011/12 Stage editor, (youtubing tutorials as I went) & after learning all this, I created my first race, a version of the giro di Lombardia, With my own CDS/ZCES file under the UCI Classiques/Majeure XML, So why when I race it, does it still race it as a pansy A-- 4th grade, semi-neo pro - jaunt in the park? has anyone else come across this frustration? what if I created my own tour de france like this? Mark Cavendish wins the tour de france w a sterling performance in the mountains!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, didn't really understand it. You created a race on the DB, with your own created stage file, and gave it major classique rating but the field is very weak, is that it?
Very weak, the Strongest rider has a Hill # of 71! like I said, it'd be like Mark Cavendish winning the TDF cause he has no competition, how can I change that in the DB or editors?
That's normal, because the riders don't have your added race in the program so they won't take part, and teams will send only their worst riders. In fact it's surprising that Cavendish takes part If you're only playing in single player, the easiest would be to use a starlist. If you want to have good fields on career, though, you'll need to add your race to the best rider's programs. That is done in table STA_program_info, and it's not much easy. You can read more about it here: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_375651
Ok sorry about that uninformed rant. I figured out the Starter list option pretty quick & had a good race on my first ever created race on cycling manager, won by F Schleck in a sprint against V Nibali, A Kolobnev, & R Gesink...
