Is possible to create similars rankings to the World Tour, like the disspaear World Cup?
ps: I don't want to replace the World Tour

Well, you can't add new rankings, so you'd either need to replace the World Tour or the CQ Ranking (Superprestige in original DB). Then it's possible, but either the relegation system (WT Ranking) or promotion system (CQ Ranking) will be favored to teams who have good riders for classics. Oh, and on that, in fact I don't think you can change the CQ Ranking in PCM12, because it's also used for Conti/Pro-Conti promotions/relegations and then no Conti team would score any points.

I saw in the files of PCM 12, some .xml with this information. I supose, can change the WT Rank, it was the sustitute of the world tour. I´m trying to change it in my ddbb but by the moment i cant XD

It's done in the DB, not in .xml files. Some DBs have done that, such as the Vintage_03, so you could take a look and copy how they've done (check table STA_bonus_UCI).

Well, i think i did it!
but, im looking for the table for change the name of classification, the prize "velo d´or" too... I see older post and say "dyn_division" but that table is the same in all the ddbb i have :S

To change the names you need to edit the Local.cdb, found in My Docs/PCM12, table STA_localized_string.
