Any help?

With the in-game editor it is pretty simple, you get a floating menu of all possible nationalities to choose from

Would just be a pain working out who every single Basque cyclist is and changing it when you can spotlight the regions on Lachi's Excel editor.

DYN_cyclist -> fkIDregion. For a list of regions, see table STA_region.

I know the regions.

Lets reset things, my point is I have a list on the excel editor of the Basque riders. How do I make them all Pakistani or Kuwaiti, or any other counry with no riders?

It's purely so I can send a complete list of riders to whoever is owning the Basque team on my story.

Ahm.. you can change the region number on fkIDregion in DYN_cyclist? I don't get exactly what do you want Pfft If you want to send a list of riders, you could also filter riders with region 816.

seeing as you've got lachi's editor all you've got to do is go to STA_Region, find teh ID of basque country. then clcik the Cyclists button at the top, click the little bar running just below that and right above where all the cyclists are. find whichever one it is that sorts it by region, it has it in it's name (i can't think of it off the top of my head) then drag that up to the top line from the second and they should all be grouped by region number. then you just locate the one you got earlier that is basque and there's your list of only the basque rider's.

EDIT: basically what luigi said.
