Is their any way, using the fast editor to simulate a few years and start a career in 2015 for example with the evolved stats

It's possible to change the starting year, but the stats wont have evolved.
In GAM_config, change game_i_starting_year to whatever year you want to start at.

Another one, how can i edit a custom team into the worldtour
I have opened the weekly save and changed the fkIDdivision from GS2 to GS1. Anything else?

I think you'll also need to change one team from GS1 to GS2. And obviously, if you're editing the weekly save load the weekly save in the game.

I am in the worldtour in the teams screen, but in the TDU i still didn't participate
Have i done something wrong? |

The teams that take part in each race is defined on the 1st of January. If you change your team to World Tour after that the teams lineup for the races won't be changed. You can change it manually in DYN_team_race though.

I see no reason to start a new thread, so...
Please can I have some help with startlists, as I am not really sure what to do
I have a xml file with all the data in, is there a quicker way then manually editing DYN_team_race?
It is a new database so DYN_team_race is empty

copy and paste it into the following folder:
Documents > PCM12 > Users > "user name" > Import
then if you go to the List of Starters screen in-game, select the correct race from the drop down menu (top left), then click load (top right)
