I have the game in version 1.0. After installation, I updated it to version 1.4. In what order i have to install the PCM database everything worked out well? Please help me because i dont see the bikes in game.

I downlaod PCMdailyExpansionPack-Patch1300-Update and PCMdailyExpPack-Local-for-Patch1400

You can do it in two ways:
1. PCM.daily's Expansion Pack for Patch 1.3.0.0
2. PCM.daily's Expansion Pack | Compatibility for Patch 1.4.0.0

or

1. PCM.daily's Expansion Pack for Patch 1.2.0.0
2. PCM.daily's Expansion Pack for Patch 1.3.0.0 - Update from 1.2.0.0
3. PCM.daily's Expansion Pack | Compatibility for Patch 1.4.0.0

Logically the first one would be the advisable one if you're downloading now. The 1.3.0.0 update from 1.2.0.0 is for people who had already downloaded the 1.2.0.0 by the time the 1.3.0.0 was released.

But since you've already downloaded #2 from the 2nd way (if I understood you right), the easier then would probably be to download #1 from the 2nd way (but then re-install them in the correct order = install #1, then re-install #2, and finally install #3).

It doesn't work. I do so:

1. Instal game version 1.0
2. Update to version 1.4 (automatic update from game)
3. Instal PCM.daily's Expansion Pack for Patch 1.3.0.0
4. Instal PCM.daily's Expansion Pack | Compatibility for Patch 1.4.0.0

Result... i dont see the bikes, equipment menu looks weird ;/

Are you sure you are installing the full Expansion Pack for 1.3.0.0, and not the update? The equipment is included in the first release (thus in the Exp Pack for 1.2.0.0 or the full version of 1.3.0.0).

This is the name of the file PCMdailyExpansionPack-Patch1300-Update... it's update. I'm sorry it's my fault ;/
