Crash when starting new carrer

When i start a new career it crashes at the stage were a choose a team please help!

The pcm daily expansion pack, it only happened when i updated my pcm version also i downloaded the update for the expansion pack.
I also attached it previous

Have you edited any part of the database and if yes then are you sure everything was done correctly Wink

I have and i have checked everything, is it possible to download the expansion pack db on its own?
