Noteworthy results

My sponsor have zero results happiness and none of the results are displayed as noteworthy. I'm playing career mode with FDJ - i won stages at TDU; Etoile de Besseges, Tour the Med and 1 in Volta Catalunya. I was thinking it's not enough until i won a pro tour race Gent-Wevelgem (goal was top 5) and still nothing shows. Can anyone help me?

You're looking at the wrong screen... The Noteworthy result is a non-sponsorgoal extraordinary result. for example winning WC Roadrace. At the sponsor goals screen you can see the goals(obviously) and there is a table with results, there you can find the results of your sponsor goals.
But sponsor happiness is a bit strange, I admit.
Sponsor happiness is not important in the game unless you're in the last season of your sponsor contract

... and will to renew it (in that case, the more the happiness the better the renewal offer).
