Is Possible to add Caps in PCM12 with the same form that we can quit the helmets for the riders and see them playing the game?

It's possible to have no-helmets, simply add a filename in STA_equipment that doesn't exist (in the files). As for adding caps, Ybodonk has tried, but apparently it didn't work 100% in the game:

The cap appear but is black...Maybe with the caps that PCM Have in the game should work!!
