Additionally, if you entered a race with date on Feb 29th, the game would crash when going to 2013, because there'd be no more date for that race

wow on my game it goes all the way to the 31st on the schedule planning thing but not on the thing on the bottom

Dude.. you've edited the screenshot and now are talking like it never happened. Why am I even giving attention to this thread?
Anyway, that's not 31st of February. You can see that the last two days (30 and 31) have a small gray block below them, meaning that these days don't exist in that month. The same happens in 31st of April, June, and all other months which have only 30 days.
