not sure if Databases is the correct place for this but anyway
My new story plan is sooo massssive i need some real help....
Almost solely with Jerseys (as i am worse that terrible at them)
and a bit with stages and stats
To simplify;
1999 TDF - Route and all jerseys (except US Postal and Saeco-Cannondale)
2000 TDF - All jerseys (except US Postal)
2001 TDF - Route and all jerseys (except US Postal)
2002 TDF - Route and all jerseys (except US Postal)
2003 TDF - Route and all jerseys (except US Postal, ONCE, T-Mobile and Bianchi)
2004 TDF - Route and all jerseys (except US Postal, Fassa Bortolo and T-mobile)
2005 TDF - Route and all jerseys (except Discovery Channel and CSC)
2009 TDF - Route and all jerseys (the ones from PCM09 will do? if so then none needed)
2010 TDF - all jerseys (the ones from PCM10 will do? if so then none needed)
i also need stats for all of them... Ive got startlists and am happy to do gpx's for anyone.
I am working on stats and routes myself, just taking a very long time
Stages only need to be the road, no graphics necessary!
PM me or post below if your interested to help
...or alternatively...
Post below if you think i'm being a twat and this is a stupid idea
...or...
ask questions
edit; holy crap, when i look at it like that its a hell of a lot of work....

You should definitely search more around if you want to complete this project (before 2014, that is) For example, only looking in the historical DBs section for PCM11 is already very useful. There's a '99 DB containing Tour route, and probably all jerseys; there are '00, '01 and '04 DB probably containing all jerseys; there are '03 and '05 DB for PCM10 both containing Tour stages and jerseys. Altehacke has made the 2001 TdF route, and iirc converted for PCM12. Of course, the PCM10 and PCM11 TdF routes need to be converted to PCM12, but that is x1000 times easier than re-doing the stages. You'll just be unlucky if the stage maker is not active anymore. Just by searching around, barely needing to go out of PCMDaily, you'll already cut this work by more than half
