Hi, I've been playing Astana team and I'm thinking to changing sponsor to BNP paribas (more than 1 milion better offer). Sponor is french but their points of interests are France (2stars), Italy(2stars) and belgium (1star), I have many italian riders and even a star like Gavazzi but no French riders at my team. Is it wort to sign with BNP paribas? Anyone tried something like this? Will the sponsor care only about french riders, or maybe italian and belgian as well? Any ideas?
If you want them as your sponsor, go for it.
It won't matter that much if you dont' have the right nationalities. The results are more important. And even so, sponsor happiness matters little in the game
So hapiness only matters on renewing contract? And I can always search for new sponsor and don't really care? If that's so I'll go for it.

Happiness only matters in the final year of contract. And happiness is mostly determined by their goals. If you complete most of their goals, they'll be happy anyway.

OF course, you can always search new sponsors.
Actually, I think that the goals have little effect on happiness... what really seems to matter is results (general, not only on 'goal' races), riders you enter for races important for the sponsor (not really sure how this is set honestly) and the squad itself.

Yeah, i agree with that...
The sponsors get happy too if you get a really great result.
For example, I won the WC Time trial with Wilco Kelderman. He's a good time driver but by far not as good as for example Martin.
But his form was 99, so he won, and the sponsor happiness got a huge boost.
